AAI designed three City of Beaumont Parks that are perfect for small events, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties and meetings. Open and rentable space is flanked by bustling greenery and makes a vibrant dot in the exceedingly concrete landscape of the various city corners. Rogers park renovated in full to create berms and play areas has ample parking and has become a major hub right beside Marshall Middle School. Central Park, a stone’s throw away from the Baptist Hospital network is accessible from 4th street and Fannin Street and equipped with a large play area, Imagination Station and tennis courts for young ones. John Davis Community Center is on the northeastern part of Beaumont and has a complimentary design with the adjacent Elmo Willard Library and Fire Station #2 (also designed by AAI).
