The Ehrhart School upon AAI advisement purchased the adjacent two story office building to the school property and expanding the first floor and renovating both as well as reworking the parking area in poor condition. The 21,000 square foot first floor is to have multiple classrooms, laboratory, a cafeteria, administrative offices, library, restroom facilities and elevator/stair lobby. The second floor is to be built out eventually once student capacity has been met.
